Community Involvement
Baird Gives Back
For nearly 15 years, Baird Gives Back has encouraged associates across the firm to celebrate our commitment to our communities, an integral part of The Baird Way and our culture, by giving back together. The Columbus-Easton branch did not disappoint!
Together, we accomplished so much… here’s a quick recap:
Associates volunteered nearly 150 hours in our community. We cleaned and organized kennels at the Franklin County Animal Shelter, organized and prepared rooms so families have a place to call home while their child is being cared for at Nationwide Children's Hospital. In addition, associates donated materials to made no sew blankets to be included in the Welcome Kits for families staying at the house while their child is being cared for. We donated 12 blankets, each took about an hour from start to finish. Also, we drove PGA Tour players' caddies during the week of The Memorial to benefit Nationwide Children's Hospital, as well as delivered Meals on Wheels for LifeCare Alliance.
Volunteering for these amazing organizations is truly such a rewarding experience and another reason why we all LOVE Baird for encouraging us to do this.
